| Abstract: | In the light of the problems existing in water saving and the water saving potential of Shanxi Province at present,this paper puts forward the suggestion of establishing the index system for constructing water saving type society in Shanxi Province and working out the operable water saving control target in order to provide the reference for the overall construction of water saving society. |
