| 摘 要： | 高速发展的现代社会形成了对信息的巨大需求，高科技手段的普及应用，为信息服务的产业化提供了强有力的工具，以文献收藏，服务为主的传统图书馆受到信息经营企业很大的冲击，信息调整公路建设给图书馆带来了走出低谷，弃旧图新的机遇。
