引黄连接段分水工程消能设计

摘    要:引黄连接段7^#隧洞进口以下14.23km为明漉输水,当呼延水厂因事故要求紧急停水时,该明流段约3.9万m^3水需排往别处;根据综合比较,采用了向汾河西干渠分水方案。该工程通过管道消能、孔管消能和消力池等技术措施的综合运用,在落差大、流量变幅也大的情况下,有效地解决了消能问题,保证了有压管流输水的运行条件和水流平稳进入西干渠。

Abstract:Along the length of 14.23 km beyond the connecting section's 7# tunnel entrence, there is the open water dilivery, and when Huyan Water Plant asks for urgent cutting off because of accident, about 39 thousent m3 of water of this section will be drained away to other places. According to comprehensive comparison, the scheme that the water is seperated to the West Main Canal of Fenhe River is adopted. By using the comprehensive utilization of pipeline energy dissipation, hole- pipe energy dissipation, stilling basin and other technical measures, this engineering solves the problem of energy dissipation under the condition of bigger drop and bigger flowed fluctuation, guaranteeing the operation condition of water dilivery through pressure pipe and making the water flow into the West Main Canal smoothly.
