| Abstract: | This paper outlines the relation between regional development and local university library, points out that the regional development provides opportunities and challenges for the socialization of local university library＇ s information service, and analyzes the advantages of the local university library and the status quo of information service, and proposes some innovative measures for promoting the socialization of local university library＇ s information service. |
