| Abstract: | This paper expounds the basic principles of multi-tube fermentation method and membrane filtration method and some matters needing attention in use these two methods, makes comparison of multi-tube fermentation method and membrane filtration method, and comes to the conclusion that the membrane filtration method, which possesses the advantages of time-saving, material-saving, and lower facility request, etc., can collect more water samples for detection. |
