| 摘 要： | 我国高新区经过20多年的发展、3次大的扩容后,基本格局已经形成,高新区的创新环境对于其功能的发挥起着非常重要的作用。从园区的创新环境与产业集聚功能、孵化功能、溢出功能3个方面,对目前高新区创新环境与其功能关系的研究状况进行了整体评述。

| Abstract: | The basic structure of high-tech zone has been formed after 20 years＇ development and 3 expansions in China, the innovation environment of high-tech zone plays very important role on its function. This paper gives an overall review of the current study on the relationship between innovation environment and function of high-tech zone from three aspects of of high-tech zone＇s innovation environment and industrial cluster function, incubation function and overflow function. |
