| 摘 要： | 通过对荫营煤矿3号煤层在执行了防治瓦斯喷出安全技术措施后，依然在新工作面出现瓦斯喷出现象的研究，说明了防治瓦斯喷出的安全技术措施应随工作面地质特征等的变化而逐面进行制定的必要性。

| Abstract: | Through studying that the gas emission still occurs on the new extracting face after implementing the technical safety measures for preventing the gas emission on No.3 Coal Seam in Yinying Coalmine, this paper illustrates the necessity of that the technical safety measures for preventing the gas emission should be devised face by face according to the changes of geologic features and other factors of the extracting faces. |
