关于建设生态安徽之我见

通过对我国及省内外自然与人文生态环境存在问题的多侧面多角度剖析,从而对建设生态安徽提出加强森林保护和封山育林、植树造林、退耕还林工作,加强湿地保护,扩大风景名胜区和自然保护区面积,降低化肥农药使用强度和提高有机肥利用率,加强古建筑和名胜古迹保护,实现城市化、城市现代化、城市园林化,提高国民素质等建议与对策。

On the Ecological Outlook Built up in Anhui

There are certain natural and humanistic problems in ecological environment that prevail in Anhui regional outlook and what it is elsewhere in China.Their interpretation is provided from different perspectives,in order that in building up Anhui Province in a full scale the ecological conditions should be improved in forest protection,afforestation by closing grazing hillsides,and forest priority over farmland;should be reinforced in wetland protection;should be enhanced in more landscapes and resorts and in natural protection sections;should be paid attention to less intensity in utility of chemical fertilizers and farm chemicals and to more practice of organic fertilizers;should be taken into protection of the ancient buildings and historic and scenic sites; should be urbanized and modernized and afforestated;and should be cultivated in cultural national quality.This paper proffers suggestions and solutions to these concerns.
