| 摘 要： | 本文利用Otsu算法二值化车牌图像的技术,给出了Otsu算法的原理,以及对车牌灰度图像进行二值化处理的方法原理;最后用MATLAB来实现车牌图像二值化的效果。

| Abstract: | Using the technology of binary license plate image based on Otsu algorithm,the principle of Otsu algorithm and the method principle of binary processing of license plate gray image are given in this article.At last,the effect of license plate image binarization is realized by MATLAB. |
