培养基对海洋微生物在水泥石表面附着的影响

摘    要:为研究培养基类型对海洋微生物在水泥石表面附着的影响,将水泥净浆试件分别浸泡在3种不同的模拟海水培养基中3 h、10 h、24 h,并采用平板菌落计数法和显微分析法研究水泥石表面的微生物附着量。结果表明:水泥石表面附着的微生物主要为革兰氏阴性菌,形态多呈圆棒状;培养基组成不同,微生物在水泥石表面附着量也不同,24 h的附着过程中存在可逆附着阶段和不可逆附着阶段,每种培养基中水泥石表面10 h微生物附着量最低。

Abstract:By the plate colon-counting method and scanning electron microscopy, the influence of culture mediums on the marine microbe adhesion of hardened cement paste surface was discussed through immersing the hardened cement paste in three different culture mediums simulating sea water for 3 h, 10 h and 24 h. Results show that the main marine microbe adhered on hardened cement paste surface is the gram-negative bacteria with rodlike shape, and adhesion amounts are different depending on the culture medium. Meanwhile, the 10 h adhesion amount is the lowest among three time points of each culture medium. For hardened cement paste immersed in each culture medium for 24 h, there are reversible adhesion stage and irreversible adhesion stage.
