闽江福州河段防洪整治研究

摘    要:研究了闽江下游福州河段近年来河床变化对城市防洪安全的影响。根据历年大量水文、泥沙及河床地形及近两年大范围地形测量和水文测验资料进行数学、物理模型试验及演变分析,对福州河段南北港河床演变有了较全面的认识。北港窄深,分流比逐年增大。南港河床宽浅,从稳定性指标来看,具有游荡特性,枯水时断流。提出了闽江福州河段综合治理的原则,规划了能承受200年一遇洪水的防洪岸线,以及控制北港分流的方案,为全面治理该河段

Abstract:The effect of river bed change on flood control of the Minjiang River is studies. Based on the test and analysis of numerous hydrological, sedimentary and river morphological data, the characteristics of of the evolution of the braided channels is recognized. The water diversion ratio of the north braided channel of Fuzhou reach increases year by year and the morphological response of the south braided course seems to be wandering. The embankment line for T = 200 years flood control and diversion control for the north channel is presented, which provides a decision making basis for regulation of the reach.
