打印机喷墨技术

摘    要:系统地介绍了喷墨技术的发展过程、现状,发展方向与研究方向以及它在打印机中所处的地位。重点叙述了墨滴不偏转型中的bubble原理型、压电晶体型和连续喷射法中的电荷控制型等喷墨技术的原理和实现的关键,并对它们的优缺点进行了比较。其中主要就墨滴形成频率,墨滴飞行速度,驱动信号及驱动电路等关键参数进行了比较。同时对墨水和纸张的要求、喷墨头结构对墨滴的影响也作了阐述。

Abstract:This paper introduces the process of development and status quo of ink jet technologies and describes its researching trend and the stanling in printers. Several principles and key points are discussed in detail, such as bubble principle, controlled electric charge principle of continue ink jet and the one of piezoelectric actuator. The comparison dealts mainly with the frequency of drop forming, the velocity of drop flying, the drive signal and the complexity of drive circuit. At the same time, the requirements to ink and media and the effect of head sturcture on ink to drop are also described briefly.
