大型水泵—水轮机组轴系的动力特性

摘    要:以某大型水泵—水轮机组为实例,讨论了机组轴系的动力特性——弯曲振动和扭转振动特性。要计算得到轴系的动力特性,关键在于正确建模,再通过试验或真机现场实测,获得必需的数据和资料,然后用转子动力学方法求得。讨论了建模的策略,分析了影响轴系动力特性的各种主要因素,如轴承油膜和支承结构的刚度、回转效应、水的参振质量以及各种水动力、机械力和电磁力。透彻地掌握轴系的动力特性是机组设计的主要内容之一,对机组的安全运行和故障诊断等至关重要

Abstract:Taking a 200 MW pump turbine set as an example, the paper discusses the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system for large pump turbine sets. The modelling strategy for the bending and torsional vibrations is described. The various factors which may influence on the dynamic property of the rotor system are analyzed as well. Understanding the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system completely is one of the main tasks of design, and is important to the safety operation and the fault diagnosis of pump turbine sets.
