多杆机构瞬停节分析及应用

摘    要:为推导多杆机构的瞬停节传递特性 ,利用瞬停节的概念分析了 4杆机构和 6杆机构的自锁性能。根据 6杆机构存在多个瞬停节的现象 ,定义了瞬停节传递的概念 ,并证明了多杆机构瞬停节传递现象发生在新增杆组与组成瞬停节构件相连接的时候。因此利用瞬停节的传递可以进行具有稳定自锁功能的多杆机构设计 ;结合假肢的具体要求 ,还可以设计出具有可靠自锁功能的 6连杆假肢膝关节

Abstract:Transmission properties of temporal inactive joints (TIJ) in multi linkage mechanisms were studied by analysing the self locking performance of 4 bar and 6 bar linkages using TIJ concept. The coexistence of several TIJs in a 6 bar linkage was used to define the TIJ transmission comcept. The occurrence of TIJ transmission in multi linkages mechanisms was deduced to show that the new linkages are linked with the TIJ linkages. Therefor, the TIJ transmission can be used to design self locking mult linkage mechanisms with more locking stability rest. A 6 bar self locking prosthetic knee joint was designed within the restrictions of the prosthesis requirements.
