摘    要:利用自动滴定仪以及高温氧化还原电极测定黄酒中还原糖,克服了加热时间、滴定速度等因素对结果的影响,结果精密度大大提高,RSD仅为1.3%,降低了对实验者的操作要求,是一种更加适宜推广的自动化程度更高的方法。

Abstract:This paper deals with a mathod for determination of reducing sugar in rice wine by using autotitrator and high temperature redox electrode.influencing factors to the test result,such as heating time and rate of titration could be avoided,and the precision of test result would be much more higher(RSD lowered to 1.3%).It also lowers the operational requirement for the experimenter. Therefor it would be a more automated mathod,which was suitable to be popularized.
