| 摘 要： | 在校成教大学生学习心理矛盾是由多方面原因造成的 ,既有成教大学生青春期自身特有的生理、心理需要的原因 ,也有社会、学校、家庭方面的原因 ,涉及面广 ,问题较多 ,积弊较深 ,要提高高校成教办学的质量 ,必须综合治理。

| Abstract: | The learning psychology inconsistency is contributed by various causes, which come not only from the physical and psychological needs of the adult-education students in their puberty, but also from the society, universities and families. These factors encompass a broad range, consist of enormous problems and are deeply rooted. A comprehensive approach should be taken to improve the teaching quality of adult education in universities. |
