"三江源自然保护区"资源利用与环境对策

本文对青海省三江源上游的国家级自然保护区的自然地理特点经过认真分析,认为丰富的水资源和高原独有的自然、人文旅游资源是保护区内的优势资源和目前可利用资源,同时认为资源的不合理利用、气候变化以及生态环境恶化是目前存在的主要环境问题,从而在认真分析当地自然生态环境的基础上。进行分析和归纳,提出了今后应针对性采取的措施．

A study on the resources using and environment policy in the Three River'ssource nature reserve

The Three-Rivers resource area refers to the Resource catchments of the Yang ze River, the Yellow River and the Lancang River. It is located in the hinterland of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and forms a uniquecosystem in the world. It has been described as the "Water tower of China". A large savage nature reseirve has been built in the Three-Rivers' Source area which named after "Three Rivers' Resource Nature Reserve" by the State Council. In this paper, it is studied the important and how to make use of the abundant resource of the region. The area is rich in water resources and wildlife resources and so on. We think only the water resources and natural resources and human resource can be developed. In the same time we think the environment decoration and developing resources incorrectly is a serious problem in the region. Based on investment and analysis of the problem the paper puts forward some suggestion to preserve the environment and develop the nature resources correctly.
