| 摘 要： | 水资源合理配置是解决水资源短缺的有效途径之一,通过对水资源合理配置概念的阐述,综述了国内水资源配置的研究进展,指出了目前水资源合理配置研究中存在的问题,并提出了今后的主要研究方向。

| Abstract: | Water resources rational allocation is one of efficient ways to solving water shortage.This paper summarizes the research on water resources rational allocation based on new concept of water resources rational allocation.Moreover,it points out existing problems such as uncertainty problem and the research on water resources rational allocation which is not enough.It is suggested that the theory of supply chain management to water resources management and the research on multi river basin water resources rational allocation should be developed to serve decision makers for rational allocation and scientific management of river basin water resources. |
