| 摘 要： | 计划性招生体制和市场性生产目的机制的矛盾,计划性下拨经费和市场性筹措经费并存的矛盾,计划性配给生源与市场性生产所要求材料质量差异的矛盾,以及计划性设置专业与市场性选择专业的矛盾,这"双轨"并存引发的矛盾与目前高校毕业生就业难有相当大的关系.

| Abstract: | Planned enrollment system and market production goal system existing side by side,planned appropriation coexisting with market raised funds,planned assigned students sources contradicting material quality needed by market production and planned speciality set-up versus selecting speciality through market-all these are caused by the coexistence of double-track system and it has much to do with employment difficulty of college graduates. |
