| 摘 要： | 工学结合体现了"以就业为导向,以能力培养为核心"的职业教育理念。无锡职业技术学院作为全国首批28所国家示范性院校之一,正在积极探索这种新的人才培养模式,市场营销专业作为该院制造业服务领域的重点专业,开展了"三明治"式"工学结合"人才培养模式的试点,取得了一定的成果,也遇到了一些问题。

Exploring on Talent Training Mode of Learning and Working Combination |

| Abstract: | Recently Learning and Working Combination is one of the most popular topics in higher vocational education. It embodies the vocational education idea on taking the employment as the guidance and the ability promotion. At present, many higher vocational colleges are exploring positively this kind of talent training mode. As a key specialty servicing for manufacturing industry in WuXi Institute of Technology, marketing has developed the talent training mode on Learning and Working Combination firstly like "the sandwich" it has yielded the certain result, but also has met some questions. |
