摘    要:以乙酸锌和氢氧化锂为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了纯纳米ZnO和掺钕ZnO,并用X射线衍射、紫外可见吸收光谱、X射线能谱仪、透射电镜对其进行了表征. 用15 W紫外灯作为光源,一定浓度的偏二甲肼污水为光催化反应模型污染物,研究了ZnO的光催化性能,考察了钕掺杂量对降解率的影响. 结果表明,掺杂钕离子提高了ZnO的光催化活性,钕锌摩尔比为0.025时光催化性能最好;在30 ℃下,当加入催化剂质量浓度为0.1 g/L,降解时间为100 min时,对偏二甲肼污水(UDMH)的降解率达到92%.

Abstract:Pure ZnO and Nd-doped ZnO were prepared via sol-gel method with zinc acetate dehydrate and lithium hydroxide monohydrate as raw material.The samples were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction,X-ray energy spectrum,UV-Vis spectroscopy and high resolution transmission electron microscope.The photocatalytic performance of different ZnO particles was studied using 15W ultraviolet lamp as the illumination device and unsymmetrical dimethyl-hydrazine as the stimulant pollutant.Effect of the amount of Nd was ...
