动态加载条件下细晶镁合金的组织特征及形成机制

摘    要:研究细晶镁合金在动态加载条件下的力学特性和组织关系,分析细晶镁合金在动态加载条件下的变形行为;探讨镁合金在动态加载条件下组织特征及演变机制.研究结果表明:细晶镁合金的动态抗压强度明显高于准静态抗压强度,具有明显的应变率强化效应.细晶镁合金在动态加载下压缩的变形组织中只有少量的孪晶,滑移是细晶镁合金在动态加载条件下塑性变形的主要机制.

Abstract:The relationship between the dynamic mechanical properties and microstructure of fine-grained magnesium alloy are investigated.The deformation mechanism is analyzed.The quasi-static properties under compression are investigated too.It is found that the alloy possesses high dynamic strength yet low quasi-static compression strength,It has high dynamic strength as a result of the rate of strain.While only a small quantity of thin twins are found in the deformation microstructure of fine-grained magnesium unde...
