摘    要:为研究石墨颗粒对混合炸药爆轰性能及爆轰传播的影响,运用有限元分析软件建立了混合炸药二维平面细观结构模型,对不同石墨含量、粒度混合炸药的爆轰传播过程进行了数值模拟,结果表明,爆速的模拟计算结果与实验规律一致,沿着爆轰传播的方向,石墨颗粒内部压力逐渐提高,周围炸药的压力也逐渐升高,形成了特殊的爆轰流场压力分布.

Abstract:A two-dimensional mesoscale model of mixed explosives was established in this paper to analyze the influence of graphite to the detonation propagation and detonation performance of the mixed explosives. The simulation of the detonation propagation of mixed explosives with different graphite content and granularity shows that the internal pressure of graphite particle and the pressure of explosive around the graphite particle both increase in the direction of the detonation propagation and form a special distribution of flow field of detonation pressure. It also can be seen that the calculated result of the detonation velocity is consistent with the experimental regularity.
