摘    要:从出行链的角度,构建了不同职住空间下,通勤出行链与家庭环境、个体活动时空间约束以及多样性约束的结构方程模型. 以昆明市为例分析了不同职住空间下居民通勤出行存在着较为显著的共性与差异. 共性方面,不论职住区域交通环境如何,居民在考虑通勤出行决策时,更关注出行时间而非出行距离,而家庭环境和活动多样性的影响则趋于稳定;差异方面,相比较职住市区的居民,职住跨区受活动时空约束的影响更为强烈,这是由职住两端可达性不平衡所引起. 居民必须同时考虑职住空间可达性与通勤活动时空制约,才能做出因地制宜、因时制宜的出行.

Abstract:From the view of trip chain, this paper constructs a structural equation model which reflects the relationship among citizens' commuter trip chain, family commuter environment, individual activities time-spatial constraints, and activities diversity. The presented method is adopted to analyze the significant similarities and differences of residents' commuter trip with different residence-workplace space in Kunming City. In similarity aspects, no matter how the citizens' residence-workplace space changes, they concerned more about the travel time than distance, while the influence of family environment and activities diversity become stabilized. In difference aspects, compared to the people who work and live in downtown, the ones who work and live in crossed districts are more strongly influenced by activities time-spatial constraints. It is caused by the imbalance of the residence-workplace ends' accessibility. In other words, the residents must consider both the residence-workplace accessibility and commuting activities' time-spatial constraints, so as to make the right travel decisions.
