阀系预紧力对减振器开阀点的影响分析

摘    要:研究阀系预紧力对减振器开阀点节流阀片节流压差的影响.以活塞阀系总成为例,用有限元仿真和理论计算相结合的方法,建立了阀系预紧力与节流阀片在开阀点的节流压差之间的数学关系.根据建立的数学模型,分析活塞阀体弹性模量和节流阀片弹性模量对预紧力作用的影响.实例分析结果表明,活塞阀体弹性模量变化对预紧力的作用影响较大,节流阀片弹性模量的变化对预紧力的作用影响较小.随着活塞阀体弹性模量的增大,阀系预紧力对开阀点节流阀片节流压差的影响减小;节流阀片弹性模量的变化对阀系预紧力的作用影响可以忽略.
