熔融铝液遇水爆炸极限分析

摘    要:为深入研究熔融铝液遇水爆炸机理,结合铝工业生产实际建立了熔融铝液遇水爆炸实验系统,开展了不同水-铝质量比对爆炸特性影响研究. 实验数据表明铝液遇水产生剧烈爆炸与水-铝质量比关系密切. 应用冲击诱导碎化形成热爆炸的理论,根据冲击波质量与动量守恒方程,得到波后不同介质产生速度差. 利用水量/铝量变化得出水-铝相对速度理论曲线,进一步分析了水-铝质量比与爆炸极限的内在联系. 研究结果表明,水-铝质量比在0.19~2.00区间内易产生剧烈的爆炸,与实验数据吻合性较高,确定了较低水-铝质量比区域的体系爆炸极限.

Abstract:An experiment system combined with the aluminum industrial production was established to research the effect of different water-aluminum mass ratio for studying on the explosion mechanism of molten aluminum in water. The experimental data indicate that the generation of explosion is closely associated with water-aluminum mass ratio. According to the theory of shock-induced fragmentation producing thermal explosion and the mass and momentum conservation equation, the velocities of different medium or media are variant after shock wave. Aluminum-water relative velocity was investigated to analysis the limitation of explosion by applying water-aluminum mass ratio. The results demonstrate that explosion is prone to occur when the mass ratio ranges from 0.190 to 2.00. The experiment data fit highly for the results, which can determine explosion limitation in the low region of water-aluminum mass ratio.
