摘    要:针对小尺寸弹丸对混凝土侵彻破坏,根据以砂浆为基体、金属颗粒为骨料的复合靶体细观结构特性,采用VC++程序,采用背景网格映射法,建立由随机金属颗粒、砂浆、粘结过渡层组成的复合材料三维细观数值模型. 在此基础上采用动力有限元程序开展了弹体侵彻复合靶细观数值模拟;用正交数值实验分析方法,对弹体着靶速度、骨料强度与骨料模量3个参数对侵彻破坏效应的影响进行了统计分析.

Abstract:Based on the meso-structure of concrete, the algorithm of three-dimensional numerical model for micro-scale concrete was studied by VC++ program code. A three-dimensional random aggregate generated and threw program was compiled by a new kind of algorithm according to analysis of related algorithms based on the former investigation. The planning of the numerical experiment was founded based on the orthogonal array, which allowed simulation to run with three parameters at three levels each. The three parameters chosen for this study were: velocity, the strength of aggregate and the modulus of aggregate. The results of numerical simulation show that the three parameters have different impact form and level on penetration performance.
