邻苯二甲酸二丁酯增塑的热塑性共聚醚聚氨酯和聚氨酯脲体系

摘    要:研究了不同含量的邻苯二甲酸二丁酪对基于不同相对分子质量的环氧乙烷-四氢呋喃共聚醚、二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯/异佛尔酮二异氨酸酯、1,4-丁二醇/乙二胺的各类热塑性聚氨酯和聚氨酯脲弹性体的力学性能和软段相玻璃化转变温度Tg的影响.各类弹性体具有令人满意的拉伸强度和延伸性.对邻苯二甲酸二丁酯与各类弹性的混溶能力进行了初步探讨.

Abstract:The influence of dibutyl phthalate contents on mechanical properties and glass transition temperature of several copolyether polyurethanes and polyurethaneureas based on different relative molecular mass ethylene oxide-tetrahydrofuran copolyether, 1,4-diphenyle methane diisocyanate/isophorored diisocyanate, 1, 4-butanediol/ethylene diamine were studied. All prepared TPE exhibited satisfactory strength and extention ability. The miscibility between DBP DBP and elastomers were also estimated and determined .
