| 摘 要： | 提出了封闭采集的概念用以解决移动通信计费信息的远程采集和集中，在对数据采集方式、协议和编程以及数据传输方式、机制和编程等关键技术深入讨论的基础上，完成了计费信息封闭采集系统的实现。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the concept of Enclosed Acquisition is proposed to solve the remote acquisition and centralization of the mobile communication billing information.Based on some key techniques,such as linking method,inteface protocol,transmission method,NFS mechanism and Socket programming,an information enclosed acquisition system is realized. |
