有机溶剂中纳滤膜通量和截留率的研究

摘    要:对不同纳滤膜(LES-90、NF-SH和Desal-DK膜)在水和4种有机溶剂(甲醇、乙醇、乙酸乙酯和丙酮)中的稳定性进行了观测。研究了压力对水、甲醇和乙醇透过以上3种纳滤膜的传递通量的影响情况, 结果表明, 在一定的压力下, 与纯水比较改变压力对甲醇有机溶剂的影响较大, 压实效应较明显。实验还研究了温度对传递通量的影响, 对Hagen-Poiseuille模型在有机溶剂中的适用性进行了验证.最后对不同的考马斯亮蓝-G溶液透过不同的膜的通量和溶质的截留率进行了研究, 由于在有机相中, 膜表面聚合链的迁移率和溶质-溶剂-膜的相互作用, 其溶质截留率远低于水相.

Abstract:This paper reports the experimental studies on the stability of different membranes in aqueous and organic solvents. By observing influences of pressure on transport flux of solvents permeating through nanofiltration membranes, the results show that the effects of pressure change on the flux and the membrane compacting for methanol are more than that for water. The influence of temperature on the flux was tested and the applicability of the Hagen-Poiseuille model in organic solvents was testified. Finally the results of the flux permeating through NF membranes in selected solutions having Brilliant Blue-G and the rejection of the solute indicated that the rejection in organic systems is far lower than that in aqueous systems owing to the mobility of the polymer chains in the membrane top layer and the interactions of solute-solvent-membrane.
