由氯化聚乙烯固相法合成氯磺化聚乙烯的研究

摘    要:研究了由氯化聚乙烯(CPE)固相法合成氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)的反应条件对反应过程和最终产物CSM硫含量的影响。结果表明,利用固相法可将CPE合成为CSM,其硫含量可在小于312%(质量分数)的范围内调节,且具有方法简单,工艺合理,合成时间短等优点。

Abstract:During the synthesis process of chlorosulfonated polyethylene(CSM) from chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) by solid state method, the effect of reaction conditions on sulphur content was studied in this paper. Results indicate that the CSM can be synthesized with CPE by means of solid state method and the sulphur content can be regulated within the range of 3 2%. The solid state method has the advantages of rational and simple process technology, and short reaction time.
