摘    要:为适应汽车电机多品种、变批量的生产需求,实现生产线的可重组生产,提出了一种基于组态原理的汽车电机可重组生产线控制系统.系统利用组态原理进行设计规划,主要包括组态软件模块和车间作业任务调度模块.其中,组态软件模块可根据生产对象的不同而适时改变自身物理或逻辑构型,构建特定产品的专用控制系统;车间作业任务调度模块采用了基于Petri网和遗传算法(Petri-GA)相结合的算法,目标函数为系统重组费用与E/T(Earli-ness/Tardiness)惩罚相结合的加权单目标优化.对系统设计原理和结构进行了详细论述并给出了工业现场的实际应用结果,运行结果表明,提出的控制系统能有效地对可进行组态调整组元升级的生产线进行生产控制.

Abstract:This paper presents a novel auto motor reconfigurable production line control system for reconfiguration production to meet the requirement of multi-productions and lots variations.The whole system is designed on the basis of configuration system and includes configuration software subsystem and workshop scheduling subsystem.The configuration software can be configured easily for the process monitoring of a given auto motor specification by both physical reconfiguration and logical reconfiguration since reconfigurable components are modular structures.A genetic algorithm(GA) embedded with Petri nets for scheduling is implemented,and the new weighted single-objective optimization based on reconfiguration cost and E/T is used.The principle and framework of the system are explained in detail,and furthermore,the system is applied to SAAE Co.,Ltd.to test its effectiveness.
