ADAMS在汽车前悬架仿真应用与优化研究

摘    要:根据多刚体系统动力学原理,利用ADAMS/VIEW模块建立了双横臂独立前悬架虚拟样机模型,对前悬架的运动学特性进行了仿真.在此基础上通过对前悬架进行参数化设计,研究分析以轮胎的侧向滑移量绝对值最小为优化目标,对前悬架进行优化,取得了更加良好的仿真结果.并得到了优化后的前悬架布置方案.

Abstract:According to the theory of multi-body dynamics,a virtual prototype model of wishbone independent suspension was established using ADAMS/VIEW and simulated the kinematics characteristics of the front suspension.Based on the model established,the parameters of the suspension were optimized.The parameters of the front suspension using the lateral slip of tires as the optimization objectives are optimized and a better simulation results are acquired.The suspension disposal after optimization was obtained.
