基于物联网的汽车动力电池充电监控系统

摘    要:针对汽车动力电池充电时间过长、 充电过程中出现的故障以及充电结束后不能及时获取结果等问题, 以动力电池的电压、 电流及温度为监测参量, 设计了一种基于物联网的汽车动力电池充电监控系统。对系统总体进行分析及描述, 完成了物联网系统的硬件整体设计和软件平台的搭建与测试。测试结果表明, 利用LabVIEW虚拟仪器平台设计的人机交换界面能对动力电池充电过程进行实时远程监控, 有效地完成了监测子系统和控制子系统间的充电数据传送, 验证了该系统的实时性、 准确性, 为用户提供了方便。

Abstract:Aim at the issue of vehicle power battery such as long charging time, the charging process fails and can not timely access to the results after charging, the vehicle power battery monitoring system is designed based on the internet of things with the voltage of power battery, current and temperature as the monitoring parameters. We analyze and describe the overall system and then complete the building and the testing of the hardware design and software platform of the IOT system. Test results show that the human-computer interface using the LabVIEW virtual instrument platform is able to perform the real-time remote monitoring. Monitoring subsystem and controlling the charging data transmission between the subsystems are effectively accomplished. The system real-timperformance and accuracy are verified, providing conveniency for users.
