摘    要:1LB-240型水平摆式犁是一种新型结构的换向犁.经过一段时间田间实验后,发现该犁犁铧的犁尖部位磨损较快,严重影响了整个摆式犁的工作效率.根据该犁的田间工作特点,首先在传统犁耕阻力计算公式的基础上,建立其动力学方程,然后分析其受力特征,最后对其进行有限元分析.将计算结果与该犁铧田间实验结果进行了比较,从而证明了本方法的有效性,为犁铧的优化设计提供了一定的依据.

Abstract:1LB-240 plow is a one with a new-style mechanism. Having been tested in the field for some time,the tip of the plowshare,which is the key component of the plow,was frayed too much,thus affecting the plow working efficiency. To develop a low-cost and high performance plowshare,advanced computer modeling and finite element structure analysis were used as virtual prototyping tools for the optimization of the plowshare at the early design stage. According to the plow working behaviours in the field,the objective of research carried out was to construct its dynamics model,analyze the performance of the loaded plowshare and implement an FEA on it. Generally,the results from the finite element model show to be compatible with the experimental results in the field,providing a basis for future designs.
