武器自动机虚拟试验技术研究

摘    要:在对自动武器进行靶场试验时,自动机运动参数及射击频率的测试是很重要的一个内容。以动力学仿真软件ADAMS为仿真测试平台,以导气式自动武器为研究对象,针对这一类武器的工作特点,对自动机虚拟试验技术进行了研究,解决了从工作载荷生成到武器单发、连发动作仿真控制等一系列关键问题,从而为武器自动机虚拟试验技术提出了一套系统的解决方案。最后通过对某一型号武器自动机的运动参数测试,证明了该方案的可行性。

Abstract:The kinematics parameters and shooting frequency tests of automatic mechanisms are important contents when the experiment is done on the automatic weapon at the shooting range.The gas operation weapon was taken as the research object and the virtual experiment technology of automatic mechanisms was studied according to the weapon work characteristic on the dynamic simulation software-ADAMS.Thus a set of systematic projects were provided for the virtual experiment of automatic mechanisms,solving the key questions such as the creation of work load and the action control of single fire and continues fire.At last,the kinematics parameters of some weapon automatic mechanisms were tested and the feasibility of the project was proved.
