| 摘 要： | 研究两条道路交通系统中收费下降对系统交通需求和交通成本的影响.在对成本和需求进行动态分析的基础上,建立了系统交通成本的演化方程组,推导出边际需求对交通流速度的约束条件.研究结果对道路定价和交通控制有一定的实用价值.

| Abstract: | The changing toll in a traffic system affects the equilibrium state. Focusing on the effects of decreasing toll on traffic flow and system cost, this paper deals with the cost evolution models by dynamically analyzing the cost and demand. A constraint considering the relation between marginal demand and velocity is formulated, which may benefit the road-pricing and traffic control. |
