创业企业家资源禀赋与融资方案认知度关系实证研究

运用列联表分析和Tobit回归法来分析创业企业家的资源禀赋对其认知融资方案的影响程度。通过文献回顾,创业企业家的通用性人力资本、专用性人力资本和社会资本对创业企业家认知融资方案均有正向影响。运用湖南省135家创业企业的调查数据进行论证,研究结果表明,有商业教育背景的和有会计或财务从业经验的创业企业家对融资方案认知程度更高,与金融界有密切联系的创业企业家也有助于其对融资方案的认知,但创业企业家的通用性人力资本对其认知融资方案几乎不起作用。

Empirical Research on the Relation between Entrepreneurs’s Resource Endowments and Their Cognition Degree of Financing Schemes

This paper explores the influence of entrepreneurs’ resource endowments on their cognition degree of Financing Schemes with table analysis and Tobit regression method.Through literature review,entrepreneurs’ general human capital,specific human capital and social capital of entrepreneurs have a positive effect on their cognition degree of Financing Schemes.The survey data based on 135 enterprises in Hunan Province show that the entrepreneurs with educational backgrounds in business and experiences in accounting or financing have a better understanding and perception of financing alternatives and that the close association with financial world is also helpful to enhance entrepreneurs’ cognitive ability of financing schemes.However,general human capital has little effect on the perception of financing schemes.
