| 摘 要： | 以我国2000～2001年度首次公开发行股票(IPO)公司为样本,对股权结构、投资与公司绩效三者之间关系进行了实证研究.结果显示,第一大股东持股比例与公司绩效之间存在三次函数曲线关系,公司绩效随第一大股东持股比例的增加呈下降--上升--下降的变化趋势.进一步的研究发现,第一大股东持股比例与投资之间也呈三次函数曲线关系,并且其变化趋势与前者相同;与此同时,投资与公司绩效显著正相关,这表明投资是股权结构影响公司绩效的重要途径.
