浅谈既有建筑物加层方法选择及存在问题

随着我国当前人口增长速度加快、国内用地日益紧张,我国开始加强了对既有建筑加层改造研究与探讨的重视。文章简要介绍了常用的一些加层方法及加层后建筑较加层前所发生的变化,阐述了国内外当前发展状况及研究现状,探讨了当前在加层研究中存在的问题。

The selecting of inserting layers method about existing buildings and the discussion of related questions

With the fast-growing population and development of land crisis,nowadays our country has been putting more attention on the research and discussion of inserting layers on existing buildings.Some commonly used methods of inserting layers and renovation of buildings after inserted layers are introduced.This paper describes the development and current research status of this project at home and abroad.Current questions existed in the study of inserting layers are discussed.
