冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者血清MMP-9,TIMP-1及hs-CRP水平的检测及其临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨外周静脉血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与冠心病(CHD)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)的关系并评价其临床意义。方法:选取CHD合并T2DM患者31例,单纯CHD患者50例,选择门诊体检者30例为正常对照组。用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清MMP-9,TIMP-1,用免疫散射比浊法检测血清hs-CRP的表达情况。结果:CHD合并T2DM组血清MMP-9的浓度(M=409.62ng/mL)显著高于CHD组(M=263.40ng/mL)及对照组(196.15±44.89)ng/mL(]均P<0.05)。CHD合并T2DM组血清TIMP-1的浓度(229.27±46.85)ng/mL]低于对照组(272.75±72.35)ng/mL(]P<0.05)。CHD合并T2DM组血清hs-CRP的浓度(M=17.20mg/L)明显高于CHD组(M=4.57mg/L)及对照组(1.52±0.78)mg/L(]均P<0.01)。CHD合并T2DM组患者血清MMP-9,TIMP-1与hs-CRP的浓度呈正相关。结论:联合检测...

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9),tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) and high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in coronary heart diseas(eCHD)with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods: Thirty one CHD with T2DM and 50 patiens with CHD were chosen;and 30 healthy volunteers served as control group. MMP-9 and TIMP- 1 in serum were measured with ELISA, hs-CRP in serum was measured by immunoturbidimetric method. Results: The level of MMP-9 in CHD with T2DM (M=409.62 ng/mL) was significantly higher than that of CHD group (M=263.40 ng/mL)(P〈0.05)and the control group(196.15±44.89)ng/mL(]P〈0.05). The level of TIMP-1 in CHD with T2DM (229.27±46.85)ng/mL] was significantly lower than that of control group (272.75±72.35)ng/mL(]P〈0.05). The level of hs-CRP in CHD with T2DM(M=17.20 mg/L) was significantly higher than that of CHD group (M=4.57 mg/L()P 〈0.01)and that of the control group(1.52±0.78)mg/ L(]P〈0.01). MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were significantly related with hs-CRP in CHD with T2DM (r =0.482, P〈0.01)(r =0.458,P〈0.05)]. Conclusion: Combined detection of serum MMP-9,TIMP-1 and hs-CRP can be used as effective clinical parameters forecasting diabetes related coronary atherosclerosis.
