摘    要:机械传动试验台数字控制以计算机为核心,变频器和交流电动机作调速系统,液压泵站和加载器构成加载系统.试验台载荷、转速控制信息由用户输入.其PCL-812PG多功能卡可实现控制信号的D/A转换,输出模拟电压,通过数字阀,控制液压泵站输出流量.负载控制加载器,模拟实际工况.也能通过变频器控制电机输出转速.

Abstract:Computer is used as the center of digital control for new type mechanical transmission experiment platform, regulating speed system consists of transducer and AC motor, and the loading system is composed of hydraulic pump and loader. Loading and speed control information is inputted by user. D/A conversion of control data was completed PCL-812PG multi-function card to output analog voltage that controls the flux of hydraulic pump. Loader was controlled with loading, and actual working state was simulated, the motor rev was controlled through transducer.
