On the Transformation of Talent View of Legal Education in Modern China

In modern China,the transformation of talent view of legal education was accompanied with the process of the West Law to China and the introspection of Chinese traditional politics and culture.Before the Sino-Japanese war of 1894-1895,the new talent view of legal education failed to break the range of "Public Law Negotiation".Around the reform of 1898,a few officials and intellectual circles educators of the Qing Dynasty experienced a change from spontaneous to conscious.From the new politics of the Late-Qing Dynasty,a deeper and grander talent view of legal education appeared really.The transformation of talent view of legal education presented complexity and periodicity from the beginning,It experienced a evolution of cognition,choice,recognition and rechoice.
