摘    要:随着以太网、标准PC和软件技术的成熟和在测试行业中的广泛使用、IEEE1588网络同步标准的实施、网络接口的标准化普及,适用于自动测试系统的基于以太网技术的新一代模块化仪器平台标准-LXI将成为未来测试自动化总线技术标准.回顾了测量仪器总线的历史,对LXI总和VXI、PXI进行了比较,给出了LXI总线的特点和优势,并对LXI总线的同步和触发进行了详细地介绍,最后分析了LXI面临的一些问题,展望了LXI总线的应用前景.

Abstract:Accompanying the Ethemet, standard PC and software technology are more and more ripe and widely used in testing industry, IEEE1588 network synchronization standard is implemented, and network interface standard is popularized, the new generation modu- larization equipment platform standard, which is fit for the automatic testing system, based on the Ethemet technical--LXI will become standard for testing the automatic bus technology in the future. The history of the measure equipment bus is reviewed, the LXI, VXI and PXI is compared, the characteristics and advantages of LXI bus are pointed out, and the key technology of the LXI bus--synchronism and trigger is specified. In the finally, some problems faced by the LXI are analyzed, and a prospect of the LXI Bus is made.
