起落架测试系统数据库访问技术的应用研究

飞机起落架液压测试具有测试环境恶劣、测试数据量大、精度要求高等特点,针对这些问题开发了基于虚拟仪器技术的某型飞机起落架液压测试系统,在该系统的数据访问管理操作环节中,分别利用虚拟仪器技术LabVIEW的工具包实现对采集到的数据的存储和传输,在后期数据的管理中利用VB编写应用程序实现对数据存储的可编程数据库SQLServer的管理,该套应用程序已经在实际的测试系统中进行了应用与测试,试验证明这两种对数据库的管理方式工作稳定,效果良好.

Research of database management for parameter testing system working forairplane's landing gear

With respect to the problems of testing system based on virtual instrument,such as badly environment,plenty of data and high precision,the way of management of database for the testing system of airplane's landing gear is developed.There are two ways to satisfy the aim,the first is to use the LabVIEW SQL toolkit from NI corporation in the test system to finish the aim of transmission and saving of data;In the management system,a set of system by using VB is used to deal with the plenty of data,it uses another way to finish the end.This system is used in the factory.Throughout the practice,these ways are proved reliability and effective.
