矿用内燃机配气凸轮机构仿真与动力学分析

摘    要:以软件ADAMS为平台,在ADAMS/Engine中创建了矿用内燃机配气凸轮机构的模型。基于所建立的配气凸轮机构进行了运动学与动力学仿真分析,验证了模型的可行性。得到了额定转速下和不同转速下的气门位移、速度、加速度曲线图以及各个构件之间的接触力曲线图,实现研发初期没有实体样机的情况下对机构性能的分析和预测,为配气机构优化提供了依据。

Simulation and Dynamic Analysis of Mine Internal Combustion Engine Cam Mechanism Based on ADAMS
Abstract:Based on the ADAMS simulation software platform,the mine internal combustion engine cam mechanism is created in ADAMS/Engine.A series of kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis are carried to verify the model.The dynamics results are obtained such as the displacement,velocity,acceleration of valve in rated speed and different speed,the contact stress between the components.According to the results,the author concluded that the simulation of the virtual prototype on compute is feasible during the initial developing stage without physical prototype and gives the foundation for the optimization design of the valve.
