从黑麦麦麸中提取的阿魏酸的检测

摘    要:利用薄层层析法对从农副产品黑麦麦麸中提取的阿魏酸进行定性测定,以分光光度法进行定量测定,结合两种方法对黑麦麦麸提取物中的阿魏酸进行测定。并用高效液相色谱法进行进一步验证。结果表明:虽然分光光度法易受其它成分的干扰,但与高效液相色谱法比较,相对误差为7%左右且重现性好。可以用分光光度法结合薄层层析法来检测黑麦麦麸提取物中的阿魏酸。

Abstract:TLC was carried out as the qualitaltive analysis. Spectrophotometery was used as he quantitative analysis. The two methods were used to determine the ferulic acid extracted from rye bran. HPLC was performed to test veracity of Spectrophotometery. It was found that Spectrophotometery could be used as quantitative analysis. In contrast with HPLC, the relative deviation of Spectrophotometery was about 7% and could be reproducible. Besides the HPLC method, the spectrophotometery and TLC were simple and practical for determining extracted ferulic acid.
