帕瑞昔布钠超前镇痛在下颌角截骨术中的应用

目的:观察帕瑞昔布钠在下颌角截骨术中对就医者疼痛以及凝血功能的影响。方法:40例就医者分两组:实验组(P组)和对照组(D组),麻醉开始前15mi n P组静注帕瑞昔布钠40mg,D组静注0.9%生理盐水5ml。测定术前(T1)、术中(T2)、术毕(T3)、术后6h(T4)、术后24h(T5)的凝血功能变化;记录苏醒期躁动程度评分以及术毕、术后6h、术后12h时的疼痛VAS评分。结果:两组凝血功能无统计学意义(P>0.05);苏醒期躁动评分P组明显低于D组;P组VAS评分显著低于D组(P<0.05)。结论:静脉注射帕瑞昔布钠在不影响凝血功能的同时能明显减轻就医者术后疼痛,减少苏醒期躁动。

Apply preemptive analgesia Parecoxib to mandibular angle osteotomy operation

Objective This paper is try to observe the influence of Parecoxib in treating patient,s pain and coagulation function on the process of mandibular angle osteotomy operation.Methods There are 40 patients divided into two groups,the treatment group(group P) and the control group(group D).15 minutes before the anaesthesia,group P received Parecoxib injection 40 mg,group D received 0.9% normal saline injection 5 ml.This method is aim to determinates coagulant function change of Preoperative(T1),opeartating(T2),operation finished(T3) and 6 hours after operation(T4) and 24 hours after operation(T5);Records of restless degree score in awakening period,and VAS pain score at the end of the operation,6 hours after opertaion,and 12 hours after operation.Results Coagulant function of two groups has no statistically significance(P>0.05);restlessness during recovery score,group P was significantly lower than group D;VAS rating group P significantly lower than group D(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of Parecoxib injection couldn’t effect coagulant function,at the same time,it can significantly reduce the pain after opeartion,and restlessness during recovery.
