稀土掺杂介孔TiO_2的合成与表征

摘    要:为提高介孔TiO2的光催化活性,实现其可见光响应,采用由PEG-1000和C16PyBr组成的混合表面活性剂,通过溶胶-凝胶法在室温下制备出了比表面积较大、孔径分布均匀和稳定性较好的掺杂稀土离子钐、镝和镨的介孔TiO2材料.以XRD、TEM、N2吸附-脱附分析、UV-vis和降解实验等表征方法对样品进行对比和分析,钐的引入使介孔TiO2的吸收强度明显降低;镝的引入使介孔TiO2的吸收强度有所提高,吸收边带有少许红移;错的引入使介孔TiO2的吸收强度有较大提高,吸收边带由原来的390nm红移到了420nm左右.镝和镨的最佳掺杂浓度均为0.6%.

Abstract:In order to improve the catalysts activity and realize visible-light responsive of mesoporous TiO2,the mixed surfactants composed by Cby PEG-1000 and C16PyBr were adopted. And Sm3+, Dy3+ and Pr3+ doped mesoporous TiO2 which has the high specific surface area, average pore and high thermal stability has been prepared by sol-gel method at room temperature.
