摘    要:在液压系统故障诊断中,由于故障原因繁多且相互交织和影响,导致设备故障具有一定的模糊性.传统的诊断方法以专家的经验为主,容易产生误诊的现象.以某叉车液压系统为例,应用模糊综合评判理论错容性好、评判方法简单等特点,对其故障进行智能分析,达到可靠、高效评价的目的.

Abstract:In the process of fault diagnosis on hydraulic systems, various fault causes are interacted leading to the fuzziness of equipment faults. However, the traditional diagnosis methods are conducted based on expertise and easy of diagnosis errors. In this study, the hydraulic system of a specific forklift is used as an example. By employing the synthesized fuzzy evaluation method, such advantages as simplicity, error-tolerance and intelligent-analysis can be attained. Therein, the reliability and efficiency of the proposed method are proven.
